I started my career in 1995 at a music channel A3 as an assistant. It was a summer time job during the high school years. Tv shows became my hobby, my job. I assisted many well known formats for more than fifteen years. As a director my first big show was "Sztárban Sztár" - Your Face Sounds Familiar at Tv2 Hungary produced by Paprika Latino, an MTG company.
Then the greatest shows found me like, Eurovision Song Contest Hungarian pre-selections, Rising Star, The Big Duet, Virtuosos, I Can Do That. Also directed many special worldwide events like Fina 2017, and Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2021 opening and closing ceremonies. I’m so proud with my crew to make the most viewed tv shows and events in Hungary.

MY WORKFLOW

WITH CUEPILOT

A few years ago during our studio days of Eurovision Song Contest Hungarian pre-selection, a team from DR Song Contest crew with Troels Lund visited us in Budapest. While we rehearsed the opening scene, he made a wide shot with his phone about the choreography. Less than five minutes later he showed me the complete shot list of the opening part made with CuePilot. It was a shocking moment for all of our crew. This was the beginning of a completely different workflow.

In our daily work the emphasis moved to the pre-productuion part of a show. As separate teams like lighting, sound, SFX now can pre-plan the entire production together.

The next stages, studio rehearsals and live show. With this method all of the crew members know what and when they have to do. It keeps all synchronised.
